Aims
This project aims to generate novel insights into the successes and challenges of ethnic diversity and gender diversity of leadership in the Australian corporate sector.
Research questions:
- What are the career pathways and leadership experiences of ethnically diverse women leaders in the Australian corporate sector?
- How are their career pathways and leadership experiences influenced by institutional, organisational, and individual factors?
- At the organisational level, what processes and policies have been put in place to increase the ethnic diversity of women leadership? How effective have they been?
- How might change to improve ethnic and gender diversity in leadership be achieved in the corporate sector?
